90-Minute 1:1 Coaching Session (the core)
Together, we’ll define the true obstacle you’re facing. From there, we’ll explore practical options and reverse-engineer your path forward into a clear, actionable plan—one designed to help you reach the goal you’ve been circling around.

30-Minute Accountability Session
A few weeks later, we reconnect. This session isn’t about judgment—it’s about momentum. What worked? What didn’t? What got in the way? This check-in ensures you stay on track, adjust where needed, and keep moving toward your goals.
